Rhubarb Custard Pie
Ingredients
- 2 c. Rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pcs
- 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Whipping cream
Directions
- Combine rhubarb, Large eggs, sugar, flour, and salt. Pour into an unbaked 10-inch pie shell. Pour whipping cream over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 50 min.
