Rhubarb Custard Pie
Ingredients
- 2 x Large eggs,slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 c. Rhubarb
Directions
- Combine ingredients;pour into 9" pastry-lined pan or possibly pie plate.
- Bake @ 400 degrees 10 min.Then bake @ 300 degrees 50 to 60 min.Cold.Top with whipped cream.
