  • Red Snapper Fillets ,with Spicy Pineapple Glaze'

    Fresh Red Snapper and Sweet Fresh Pineapple ,its a party in your mouth ,sweet salty spicy ,served with Sweet Basamati Rice ,cooling cucumber salad , Cold Beer ,and Your significant other ,It doesn"t get any better than this Enjoy!!!

    Ingredients

    • 6 -6 ounce Red snapper Fillets
    • 2 tsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbls rice wine vinegar
    • 4 cloves minced fresh garlic
    • 2tsp fresh grated ginger
    • 1tsp cayenne pepper3tsp brown sugar
    • 1 cup fresh pureed pineapple
    • 3 tsp olive oil divided
    • salt and pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. In a medium Bowl mix all ingredients using 1/2 of the olive oil
    2. mix well cover and set aside
    3. place fish fillets on a broiler pan brush with remaining olive oil salt and pepper making sure you do both sides
    4. Broil fillets 4 inches from the heat for 8 minutes
    5. Brush fish with glaze and continue broiling another 8 minutes
    6. Remove from broiler and serve with sweet Basamati rice and remaining glaze for dipping ...Sweet and sour cucumber salad ,and A Cold Beer ..ENJOY!
