    Nothing tastes better than Fresh caught Fish made with a Semi sweet Marsala wine fresh Mushrooms and a Baked potato and a side of Roasted Asparagus drizzled with Olive Oil and sprinkled with Sea salt ,Healthy,and delicious .....Enloy

    Ingredients

    • 4-6 Red Snapper Fillets
    • 2 eggs
    • all purpose flour
    • 2 shallots chopped
    • 1 minced garlic clove
    • 16 ounces sliced mushrooms
    • salt-pepper to taste
    • 2 tbls butter
    • 4 tbls olive oil
    • 2/3 cup semi sweet Marsala
    • 1stalk trimmed Asparagus--salt --olive oil

    Directions

    1. Beat eggs
    2. place flour on a plate add salt -pepper
    3. Dredge fish in flour shaking off the excess
    4. dip in egg
    5. Heat oil add fillets cook till browned and remove fro the pan ,onto a plate
    6. in the same pan add butter ,melt add garlic,shallots ,and mushrooms season with salt and pepper, add Marsala stir all together put fish back in the pan till heated through.remove from heat and serve ,with roasted Asparagus and a Baked Potato.
    7. ROASTED ASPARAGUS WITH SEA SALT AND OLIVE OIL
    8. Spray a medium roasting pan and spread asparagus in one layer drizzle with olive oil and sea salt
    9. Roast in a 400 degree oven till golden and tender about 25 minutes..serve as a side dish with the Snapper ..yummy
