Red Grapes & Black Pepper Baked Ham Slices

- One boneless Ham (about 5-6 pounds)
- 1 pound (16 ounces) Seedless small red grapes
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup vegetable stock (low sodium)
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 350 F
- Place ham in the deep baking dish add vegetable stock and bake 30 minutes, remove from oven.
- In a sauce pan add grapes, black pepper, 2 tablespoons of honey on low heat, simmer until slightly thickened add on top of ham and return to the oven and bake 15 additional minutes
- Slice and serve.
- Scrumptious!
- Garnish with fresh red grapes.
