Red Grapes & Black Pepper Baked Ham Slices

Ingredients

  • One boneless Ham (about 5-6 pounds)
  • 1 pound (16 ounces) Seedless small red grapes
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup vegetable stock (low sodium)

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 350 F
  2. Place ham in the deep baking dish add vegetable stock and bake 30 minutes, remove from oven.
  3. In a sauce pan add grapes, black pepper, 2 tablespoons of honey on low heat, simmer until slightly thickened add on top of ham and return to the oven and bake 15 additional minutes
  4. Slice and serve.
  5. Scrumptious!
  6. Garnish with fresh red grapes.
