Quick 'N Easy Mushroom And Bacon Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 x bacon rashers, minced
- 150 gm button mushrooms, quartered
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 pkt MAGGI Lowfat sour cream & Chives Pasta 'n More
- Freshly grnd black pepper
Directions
- Heat the butter in a saucepan.
- Add in the bacon and cook for 2-3 min.
- Add in the mushrooms and cook, stirring, for a further 2-3 min.
- Add in the lowfat milk, water and Pasta 'n More mix.
- Bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer over a low heat for 4 min.
- Stir occasionally.
- Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
