Quick And Easy Chicken And Chips Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 x -(up to)
- 5 x Chicken breasts, baked or possibly boiled (cut into bite size pcs)
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Picante sauce
- 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 x -(up to)
- 3 c. Crushed corn chips, divided
Directions
- Combine chicken, soup, lowfat sour cream, and picante sauce, mixing well. Spoon 1/2 mix into lightly greased 2-qt round casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over first layer. Add in 1/2 of the corn chips. Repeat a second layer by adding the rest of the chicken mix, cheese and then the rest of the chips. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
