Pritong Tilapia with Tomatoes and cucumber salad
Simple fried fish with fresh tossed salad to match. Ingredients
- 1 kilo Tilapia, scaled
- salt and pepper
- 2 med tomatoes, sliced
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- canola oil
Directions
- Rub fish with salt and pepper.
- Fry in very hot oil
- Set cooked fish on platter
- Toss the tomatoes and cucumber together sprinkle with salt and pepper according to taste.
