Ingredients

  • 1 kilo Tilapia, scaled
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 med tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • canola oil

Directions

  1. Rub fish with salt and pepper.
  2. Fry in very hot oil
  3. Set cooked fish on platter
  4. Toss the tomatoes and cucumber together sprinkle with salt and pepper according to taste.
