Power Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ct Plain low-fat yogurt (8 ounce)
- 1/2 x Banana
- 1/2 c. Strawberries and/or possibly peaches
- 1/2 c. Juice (orange, cranberry, apple, etc.)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or possibly blender till smooth.
