Ingredients

  • 1 ct Plain low-fat yogurt (8 ounce)
  • 1/2 x Banana
  • 1/2 c. Strawberries and/or possibly peaches
  • 1/2 c. Juice (orange, cranberry, apple, etc.)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or possibly blender till smooth.
