Pork chops
This is another of my sister in law Julie's recipes. It just turned out really delicious. I am not much for fried foods but this one is good. Ingredients
- 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 6-8 pork chops tenderized
- olive oil or cooking oil for frying
- 3 eggs lightly beaten with a whisk
Directions
- Heat oil in skillet until hot
- dip pork chops in egg then in bread crumbs
- fry until done about 10-15 minutes each side
