Poke Aku Shoyu Style
Ingredients
- 2 lb Aku (skipjack tuna)
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh ginger root, grated
- 1/2 c. Green onions, minced
- 1/2 c. Shoyu (soy sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds, grnd
Directions
- Cut aku into 1/2" cubes. Combine all ingredients JUST BEFORE serving.
