Ingredients

  • 2 lb Aku (skipjack tuna)
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh ginger root, grated
  • 1/2 c. Green onions, minced
  • 1/2 c. Shoyu (soy sauce)
  • 2 Tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds, grnd
