2 lb Aku (skipjack tuna)
3 Tbsp. Fresh ginger root, grated
1/2 c. Green onions, minced
1/2 c. Shoyu (soy sauce)
2 Tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds, grnd
Directions
Cut aku into 1/2" cubes. Combine all ingredients JUST BEFORE serving.
