Pecan Finger Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. minced pecans
- 1 tbsp. Sugar Twin (either white or possibly brown)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tbsp. warm water
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients, then beat in the warm water till the dough pulls away from sides and forms a ball. With hand shape dough into 24 finger shaped cookies on ungreased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart. Bake 12 to 15 min at 375 degrees, lightly brown.
