  • Choconut Finger Cookies

    Ingredients

    • 1 pkt Cream Cheese, (8 ounce) softened
    • 1/2 c. Margarine
    • 3/4 c. Sugar
    • 1 tsp Vanilla
    • 2 c. Flour
    • 1/2 tsp CALUMET Baking Pwdr
    • 1 c. Semi-Sweet Real Chocolate Chips
    • 1/2 c. Coconut, toasted
    • 1/2 c. Butterscotch chips
    • 1/2 c. Minced pecans, toasted

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375'. Beat cream cheese, margarine, sugar and vanilla in large mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer till well blended.
    2. Add in flour and baking pwdr; mix well. Spread mix into 13X9- inch baking pan. Bake 15 min. Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over crust; let stand about 5 min or possibly till slightly softened. Spread chocolate over crust Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Cold. Cut into bars. 2 dozen
    3. Prep time: 10 min
    4. Cooking Time: 15 min
