Pan Grilled Salmon With Mint Yogurt Chutney
Juicy and flaky grilled salmon accompanied with a minty and tangy chutney Ingredients
- For the fish
- 1 piece (about 350g) salmon - rinsed and pat dry
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste/chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste/chopped garlic
- 1 tsp curry powder (any type should be ok)
- Salt for taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- For the chutney
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 handful of mint leaves
- Salt for taste
- Lime juice (if needed)
- Blend/process all together
Directions
- Rub salmon with all the ingredients except oil.
- Place it on a heated grill and pour oil all over.
- Grill both sides till its cooked.
