Oven Fried Boneless Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 eggs – beaten plus splash of milk
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Coating:
- 2 cups flour
- ¼ cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 tps. Paprika
- ½ tps. Ground black pepper
- ½ tsp. salt
Directions
- Beat the eggs with a splash of milk.
- Combine the seasonings with the flour.
- Dip the pork chops in the seasoned flour, then in the egg wash and back in the flour.
- Place in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the pork chops.
- Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
- Bake for 35 – 45 minutes, or until juices run clear.
