Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 2 eggs – beaten plus splash of milk
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Coating:
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¼ cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1 tps. Paprika
  • ½ tps. Ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with a splash of milk.
  2. Combine the seasonings with the flour.
  3. Dip the pork chops in the seasoned flour, then in the egg wash and back in the flour.
  4. Place in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the pork chops.
  5. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
  6. Bake for 35 – 45 minutes, or until juices run clear.
