Oat & Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- Instant oat flakes : 2/3 cup
- Milk : 1 cup
- Boiling water : 1 cup
- Cold water : 1/2 cup
- Mangoes : 2 (medium size-canned mango pulp will also do)
- Sugar : 2 tblsp.
Directions
- * Add boiling water into the oatmeal and stir well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- * Cut mangoes in chunks. Take all teh other ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- * Finally add soaked oatmeal and blend again for 1-2 minutes. Adjust sweet level according to your taste.
- * Serve smoothie with ice cubes or chilled.
