Perfect Mango Smoothie
Great for breakfast or a quick snack! Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 4 cubes of ice
- 1/2 c. of lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. of vanilla yogurt
- 1 c. of creamy mango yogurt
Directions
- Pit the mango and remove peel.
- Place fruit in blender then add in 1/2 c. of lowfat milk, 2 Tbsp. of sugar, 3 Tbsp. of vanilla yogurt, and finally add in 1 c. of Mango yogurt.
- Blend on high until thoroughly mixed.
