Ingredients

  • Instant oat flakes : 2/3 cup
  • Milk : 1 cup
  • Boiling water : 1 cup
  • Cold water : 1/2 cup
  • Mangoes : 2 (medium size-canned mango pulp will also do)
  • Sugar : 2 tblsp.

Directions

  1. Add boiling water into the oatmeal and stir well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut mangoes in chunks. Take all teh other ingredients in a blender and blend well.
  3. Finally add soaked oatmeal and blend again for 1-2 minutes. Adjust sweet level according to your taste.
  4. Serve smoothie with ice cubes or chilled.
