Directions
Today’s post is a
rich and creamy coffee ice cream. No cooking is involved to make this and is
extremely easy to prepare without an ice cream maker. This goes really well
with the Triple Chocolate Brownie I had posted some time back. If you are a
coffee lover, I am sure you will love this!
No-Churn Coffee Ice
Cream

Ingredients:
Very
cold heavy whipping cream - 2 cups
Sweetened
condensed milk - 1 (14 oz) can
Instant
coffee - 5 tsp + 2 ½ tsp warm water
Vanilla
essence - 2 tsp Method:
In
a large bowl, whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Dissolve
instant coffee granules in warm water and stir into heavy cream mixture along
with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
Pour
ice cream mixture into an airtight container and freeze for 5-6 hours or
overnight.
