Navajo Tacos

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can chili
- 6 frozen bread dough (rolls)
- 1 c shredded lettuce
- 1 c diced tomatoes
- 1 c shredded cheese
- oil for frying
Directions
- Defrost frozen dough according to pk direction and let rise.
- In a large skillet brown ground beef, add in chili and mix well. Reduce temp to low.
- In a deep skillet add 1 c oil. Heat on med to temp for frying.
- Flatten dough into discs and fry in oil until browned on both sides, make sure to turn only once.
- Top fry bread with chili mixture and rest of topping. like a taco
