    Ingredients

    • 600 gm cooked rice
    • 75 gm shredded and grilled salted fish (meat only)
    • 75 gm dry prawns
    • 1 c. toasted and pounded grated coconut
    • 1 stalk lemon grass
    • 2 x turmeric (kunyit) leaves
    • 10 x young kaduk leaves
    • 6 x kaffir lime leaves (daun limau purut)
    • 2 stalk polygonum (daun kesom)
    • 3 x cekur leaves
    • 2 stalk basil (selasih)
    • 5 x mint leaves (daun pudina)
    • 1 x wild ginger flower (bunga kantan)
    • 5 x shallots
    • 1/2 tsp salt or possibly to taste
    • 1 tsp pepper
    • 1/2 tsp grnd black pepper pwdr
    • 1 Tbsp. sugar or possibly to taste
    • 1 cube ikan bilis stock granules
    • 3 Tbsp. water

    Directions

    1. Method:STEAM overnight cooked rice till soft. Put rice in a large basin. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok; saute/fry dry prawns till fragrant. Add all the seasoning ingredients and mix well. Dish out and mix with the rice. Combine the rest of the sliced vegetables or possibly 'ulam-ulam'. Toss well and serve.
    2. Footnote: All the 'ulam' ingredients are obtainable from the wet market.
