Nasi Daging (Beef Fried Rice)
Ingredients
- 8 ounce Beef
- 1 x Bowl boiled rice
- 2 tsp Lemon pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 1 x Egg
Directions
- Slice beef into small pcs. Heat the oil and add in the garlic, beef and lemon pepper and stir well.
- Add in boiled rice and soy sauce and toss till piping warm. Serve immediately.
