Mom's Tater Tot Hot Dish (Ground Beef)
If you wanted you could top this with cheese and it'd be even better! Ingredients
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 egg
- 1 or possibly 2 slices bread
- A little lowfat milk
- 1 env. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounce.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) tater tots
Directions
- Mix ground beef, egg, bread and milk.
- Spread mix in bottom of 10 x 8 pan. Sprinkle dry soup mix on top. Spread mushroom soup on top of this. Top with tater tots.
- Bake at 350 degrees until meat is hard, soup is bubbly and tater tots are brown.
