Mom's Tater Tot Hot Dish (Ground Beef)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean grnd beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 or possibly 2 slices bread
  • A little lowfat milk
  • 1 env. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) tater tots

Directions

  1. Mix ground beef, egg, bread and milk.
  2. Spread mix in bottom of 10 x 8 pan. Sprinkle dry soup mix on top. Spread mushroom soup on top of this. Top with tater tots.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until meat is hard, soup is bubbly and tater tots are brown.
