Mom's Rhubarb Pie
Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. rhubarb
Directions
- Mix sugar and flour and add in beaten Large eggs. Add in rhubarb and melted butter and let stand. It will form its own juice. Put in prepared pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min and then 350 degrees till done.
