"Mom's" Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 2 c. pumpkin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 single crust pie shell
Directions
- Beat egg whites till stiff. Mix remaining ingredients. Mix in whites. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min; reduce heat to 400 degrees and bake till done (40 min more).
