Mom's Peach Pie
Ingredients
- 1 x egg white
- 1 x unbaked pie shell
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. white sugar
- 1/4 c. butter cut into 6 pcs
- 6 c. sliced peeled fresh peaches
Directions
- DIRECTIONS; Beat egg white till foamy; brush over the bottom and sides of the pastry. In a small bowl, combine flour and sugars; cut in butter till mix resembles fine crumbs. Sprinkle two - thirds into the bottom of the pastry; top with peaches. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mix. Bake at 375F for 40 to 45 min or possibly till filling is bubbly and peaches are tender.
