Ingredients

  • 1 x egg white
  • 1 x unbaked pie shell
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. white sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter cut into 6 pcs
  • 6 c. sliced peeled fresh peaches

Directions

  1. DIRECTIONS; Beat egg white till foamy; brush over the bottom and sides of the pastry. In a small bowl, combine flour and sugars; cut in butter till mix resembles fine crumbs. Sprinkle two - thirds into the bottom of the pastry; top with peaches. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mix. Bake at 375F for 40 to 45 min or possibly till filling is bubbly and peaches are tender.
