- 3~4 cups rice
- 2 pieces ginger
- 5 green onions
- Salt, white sesame proper quantity
Directions
- Squeeze one peace of ginger and cut the other like needles. Cut green onion small.
- Put hot rice, ginger juice, cut green onion, white sesame and salt in a pan. Mix them.
- Serve ginger rice with fresh ginger.
