MIXED VEGGIES PROTEIN
AN EASY FIX STIR FRIED WITH OLIVE OIL VEGGIES WITH SHRIMPS , CHICKEN AND SPAM. BALANCED DISH SERVE WITH OR WITHOUT RICE. Ingredients
- 1 yellow bell pepper cut in squares
- 1 red bell pepper cut in squares
- 1 bunch broccoli cut in bite size
- 1 bunch beans cut in bite size
- 1 lbs chicken breast cut in bite size
- 1 lbs shrimps deviled
- 1 can spam cut in squares
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small onions sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- Pre-heat pan and put olive oil
- Sauté onions
- Put chicken and cover pan until almost cooked
- Put all veggies and mix with salt and pepper and soy sauce
- Add shrimps and let it simmer on medium for 5 minutes
- Add the spam and let it blend with the recipe by mixing it lightly.
- Serve it hot with rice.
