Vegetable And Chicken Bake With Cheese Swirls
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. onion, minced
- 3 tbsp. green pepper, minced
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. low fat lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut into bite size pcs
- 1 (16 ounce.) can mixed veggies
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown onion and green pepper in butter, add in salt and flour, blend thoroughly; add in chicken soup and lowfat milk, stirring till a smooth thin sauce has formed. Add in chicken and pour into an 8"x12" baking dish, top with cheese swirls.
