Mexican Nacho Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 can whole tomatoes, crushed
- 1 (3 pound) block Velveeta Cheese
- 1 sm. jar mild or possibly warm pepper rings
- SUBSTITUTE for Velveeta Cheese:
- 2 cans Campbell's Nacho Cheese
- 1 can Campbell's Cheddar
Directions
- Fry hamburger and sausage; drain well. Mix with all remaining ingredients in slow cooker, simmer on low for 40 min. Serve with nacho chips. It's delicious!
