  • Meaty Nacho Dip

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb.(16 ounce.) Velveeta pasteurized prepared cheese product
    • 1 roll Jimmy Dean warm or possibly original sausage
    • 1 can Rotel Mexican tomatoes (for less spicy flavor, use original)

    Directions

    1. Brown meat till fully cooked. Should be very little grease. Meanwhile cut Velveeta into small cubes. When meat is fully cooked slowly add in cubes of Velveeta, while stirring frequently. Turn burner to medium/high.
    2. When Velveeta is melted turn burner to medium/low. Add in Rotel Tomato mix. Mix well.
    3. Best when dip is warm or possibly kept hot. Great with chips, in tacos or possibly burritos, or possibly even omlettes.
