  • Mexican Appetizer Cheesecake

    Ingredients

    • 3 x cream cheese softened, 8 ounce.
    • 2 tsp chicken bouillon
    • 1 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
    • 1/2 tsp warm pepper sauce
    • 2 x Large eggs
    • 1/2 c. warm water
    • 1 c. chicken minced, cooked
    • 1 can green chiles well liquid removed salsa shredded cheddar cheese sliced green onions tortilla chips

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 . In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, bouillon, chili pwdr and warm pepper sauce till smooth. Add in Large eggs and water; mix well. Stir in chicken and chiles. Pour into 9 inch springform pan. Bake 30 min or possibly till set; cold 15 minute. Carefully run knife around edge of pan; remove side of pan. Top with salsa, cheese and green onions. Serve hot or possibly chilled with tortilla chips. Chill leftovers.
