  • Mexican Appetizer Cheesecake

    Ingredients

    • 2 tsp Chicken flavored instant bouillon
    • 1/2 c. Warm water
    • 24 ounce Cream cheese, softened
    • 1 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
    • 1 tsp Warm pepper sauce
    • 2 x Large eggs
    • 1 can Finely minced chicken or possibly leftover chopped, turkey or possibly chicken
    • 4 ounce Can minced green chilies, well liquid removed Salsa Shredded cheese Diced green onions Tortilla chips

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Dissolve bouillon in water. Set aside. In bowl, beat cheese, chili pwdr and warm pepper sauce till smooth. Add in Large eggs. Mix well.
    2. Add in bouillon liquid, beating unitl smooth. Stir in chicken and chilies.
    3. Pour into cake or possibly quiche pan that has been sprayed with pam. Bake for 30 min or possibly till set. Cold. Carefully run knife around edge of pan. Turn onto serving plate. Top with sausa, grated cheese and green onions. Serve hot or possibly chilled, with tortilla chips. Chill leftovers.
    4. NOTES : Delicious!
