Melt In Your Mouth Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs or possibly graham crackers, crumbled
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 x (8-ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 x (8-ounce.) Cold Whip
- 2 sm pkg. instant lemon, vanilla or possibly chocolate pudding
- 3 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk (not reduced or possibly lowfat)
Directions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 Tbsp lowfat milk till smooth. Mix in 1/2 the CoolWhip. Spread over the crust.
- Using the 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk, prepare the pudding as on the package. Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerateover night or possibly several hrs. Spread with rest of Cold Whip. Garnish with lemon slices or possibly grated chocolate.
- Makes 12-15 servings.
