Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs or possibly graham crackers, crumbled
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 x (8-ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 x (8-ounce.) Cold Whip
  • 2 sm pkg. instant lemon, vanilla or possibly chocolate pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk (not reduced or possibly lowfat)

Directions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 Tbsp lowfat milk till smooth. Mix in 1/2 the CoolWhip. Spread over the crust.
  2. Using the 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk, prepare the pudding as on the package. Pour over cream cheese layer.
  3. Refrigerateover night or possibly several hrs. Spread with rest of Cold Whip. Garnish with lemon slices or possibly grated chocolate.
  4. Makes 12-15 servings.
