    Ingredients

    • 30 lbs ground beef
    • 20 lbs ground veal
    • 2 bread crumbs - soft - Fresh
    • 2 quarts milk
    • 3 1/2 lbs eggs
    • 4 oz onion powder
    • 8 Tbs salt
    • 4 tsp black pepper

    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients on low speed entil blended, using flat beater. DO NOT OVERMIX
    2. Press meat mixture into 5 5-9 inch pans, 3 lbs 4 oz per pan
    3. Bake at 325 F for about 1 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature is 180 F. Can also be made in 2 12z20z4 inch pans - bake for 2 hours
