Meat Filled Egg Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 med.-lg. onion, grated
- 1 med. size cabbage, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. 6x6 egg roll wraps
- 1 1/2 c. oil for deep frying
Directions
- Mix all ingredients into frying pan except egg roll wraps and oil. Brown meats and drain. Place 1 - 1 1/2 Tbsp. into the center of each wrap; roll up. Heat oil in deep pan. Fry egg rolls in warm oil 2-3 min, till golden. Drain on paper towels. Yield about 18-20.
