  • McCormick's Chicken Marsala

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 2 Tbsp flour
    • 1/2 tsp McCormick Garlic Powder
    • 3 Tbsp olive oil, divided
    • 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
    • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
    • 1/2 cup chicken broth
    • 1 tsp McCormick Fresh Majoram
    • 1 tsp McCormick Fresh Basil
    • 1/2 tsp McCormick Onion Powder

    Directions

    1. Pound chicken to approximately 1/4-inch thick.
    2. Combine flour with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Dust chicken with flour mixture.
    3. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a large skillet. Saute chicken 3-5 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet.
    4. In skillet, add mushrooms and remaining oil, if needed. Saute 2-3 minutes.
    5. Add wine and remaining 4 ingredients. Stir to loosen brown particles, and bring to a boil.
    6. Return chicken to skillet. Simmer, uncovered, 2 minutes.
