McCormick's Chicken Marsala Recipe

Directions
- Pound chicken to approximately 1/4-inch thick.
- Combine flour with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Dust chicken with flour mixture.
- Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a large skillet. Saute chicken 3-5 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet.
- In skillet, add mushrooms and remaining oil, if needed. Saute 2-3 minutes.
- Add wine and remaining 4 ingredients. Stir to loosen brown particles, and bring to a boil.
- Return chicken to skillet. Simmer, uncovered, 2 minutes.
