Mashed Potato Casserole
This recipe can be prepared a few days in advance. Keep refrigerated. Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon butter/margarine
- 1 (3-oz) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
- Paprika
Directions
- Cook potatoes until tender. Drain and mash until light and fluffy. Add cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings. Beat until well blended. Place in buttered casserole. Dot with butter/margarine, sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
