Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon butter/margarine
  • 1 (3-oz) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
  • Paprika

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes until tender. Drain and mash until light and fluffy. Add cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings. Beat until well blended. Place in buttered casserole. Dot with butter/margarine, sprinkle with paprika.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
