Mary's Cheesy Hash Browns
Ingredients
- 2 pound hash browns
- 3/4 stick melted butter
- 1 c. minced onions
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Mix together and pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/ hrs.
- TOPPING: 2 c. crushed corn flakes mixed with 3/4 stick of melted butter. Bake with topping on. This can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Makes an excellent company dish.
