Ingredients

  • 2 pound hash browns
  • 3/4 stick melted butter
  • 1 c. minced onions
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Mix together and pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/ hrs.
  2. TOPPING: 2 c. crushed corn flakes mixed with 3/4 stick of melted butter. Bake with topping on. This can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Makes an excellent company dish.
